Let’s go Naked - No packaging Body Care Regime

I knew that plastic is big problem and there’s this big hullabaloo of using less plastic, but I must say I was totally oblivious to the fact how serious this problem actually is.  When I attended the LUSH Turning the Tide talk, I was disillusioned and saddened by the fact that plastic is taking over our planet. If you want to read more about why I decided to start using Naked products, check out my Let’s go Naked blog post here.

I have been trying out a Naked Top-to Toe regime to reduce my plastic waste.

Since starting from top to toe, I’ve covered the following: hair, face and deodorant.

This week I am focusing on naked body care with the Sultana of Soap and Buffy Body Butter under review.

If your skin’s feeling drier than a desert, Sultana of Soap is your oasis. Lush mixed loads of dried fruits like apricots, cranberries and currants in with olibanum oil, which is fabulous for replenishing moisture and soothing you.  When washing yourself with this soap, you almost get a scrubby feel. Now as you might know, I do prefer more subtle fragrances, even though I adore the Rose Jam collection - this soap has a very gentle smell. To make it smell even more gorgeous, they’ve added a splash of cheering bergamot oil. This product creates a rich creamy lather and my skin love the attention it’s getting when washing with this amazing soap. - it leaves my skin soft and hydrated.

How to use:

  1. Lather under running water and create creamy lather - a little goes a long way

  2. Wash your whole body with it

  3. Rinse off
